WHEN TO PULL THE WEDDING RINGS OFF!

(ON PREGNANCY EDEMA AND IT’S EFFECTS).

As pregnancy progresses, additional blood and fluid gets retained in the body thereby causing the swelling of different parts of the body. This is a normal feature of pregnancy.

This normal swelling, also referred to as Edema, could be noticed especially in the hands, feet, face, legs and ankles.

Your body retains fluids simply because it needs to soften and thereby stretches to accommodate your growing baby. (Talk about the pregnancy glow)!

As a result, there are some changes that pregnant women should make, sleeping on your side(preferably the left side), staying hydrated, wearing loose clothing and so on.

One thing  is often forgotten. I mean, wedding rings!

Even though you might love accessories or you dont want to remove your ring for sentimental reasons. You should be aware that a danger could be on the way.

YOUR WEDDING RING COULD GET STUCK!

This can be a very serious emergency. Even in some cases, it could be finger threatening

What this means is that you might eventually lose your beautiful ring as the ring is usually cut out, or even your finger in some cases.

So, once you notice that the ring begins to seem tighter than usual or you experience any discomfort, take it off.
