WHY DO I FART?
Beans as a legume is pretty difficult to digest due to its high content of both complex carbohydrates and protein. This sugar contains oligosacharide which cannot be digested in absential of alpha-galactosidase enzyme until it gets into the intestine, specifically, colon where the gut bacteria break down the sugar molecules. To this effect, gas is let out.

HOW TO REDUCE FART?
Before cooking, soak your beans inside water for about 6 hours. The soaking will help dissolve the extra starch and phytate due to the solubility of the contents. Afterwards, put it fresh water and rinse thoroughly and cook with digestive aids like beano(wakame or kombu), turmeric and ginger. When serving, it is good that the meal be complemented with carbohydrates and much vegetable without any sugar foods because if added, it may complicate the digestion, thereby stepping up the music production. That is why it is recommended that if sugar foods would be eaten, it must be taken about three hours to the meal.
As you eat it frequently, your body gets used to it and this will utterly cause a reduction in the volume of the flatulence.

NOTE
Irritable bowel syndrome as one of the digestive system disorders can produce excessive fart. You are advised to see your medical professionals on the accounts abdominal pain, fart changes to regular toilet use or any uncomfortable symptoms associated with digestion.
